Orbit Time Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Orbit Time is a meeting time zone converter provided by Frog Creator Production Inc. (“we”, “us”). The iOS app and the website at orbittime.dev help you compare local times across cities. This policy explains what information we handle.
2. Information we do not collect ourselves
The Orbit Time iOS app:
- Does not require an account or sign-in
- Does not collect personal information for our own use (name, email, phone, precise location, contacts, photos, etc.)
- Does not send your selected cities or meeting times to our servers
City selections and meeting times stay on your device for the current session. Uninstalling the app removes that on-device state.
3. Advertising (iOS free version)
The free iOS app may show banner ads via Google AdMob. Google may collect device and advertising identifiers and other technical data according to Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob guidance. We use this only to display ads. We do not sell your personal information.
You can remove ads forever with a one-time in-app purchase (“Remove Ads”). After purchase (or restore), banners are no longer shown on that Apple ID.
4. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing. Purchase status is stored on-device and verified with StoreKit so ads stay removed after reinstall when you restore purchases.
5. Website analytics (web only)
On the production website (orbittime.dev / www.orbittime.dev),
we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic.
This does not apply to the iOS app. Browser controls and Google’s tools can limit analytics cookies.
6. Third parties
We do not sell personal information. Depending on how you use Orbit Time, third parties may include:
- Google (AdMob ads on the free iOS app; Analytics on the website)
- Apple (App Store / In-App Purchase)
7. Children
Orbit Time is a general-purpose utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Orbit Time プライバシーポリシー（日本語）
1. 概要
Orbit Timeは、Frog Creator Production Inc.（以下「当社」）が提供するミーティング時差コンバーターです。 iOSアプリおよびウェブサイト（orbittime.dev）の取り扱いを定めます。
2. 当社が取得しない情報
Orbit TimeのiOSアプリは、次のとおりです。
- アカウント登録やログインは不要です
- 当社用途での氏名・メール・電話・精密な位置情報・連絡先・写真などの個人情報は取得しません
- 選択した都市や会議時刻を当社サーバーへ送信しません
都市や時刻の設定は端末内の当該セッションでのみ保持され、アプリ削除で消えます。
3. 広告（iOS無料版）
無料のiOSアプリでは、Google AdMob によるバナー広告を表示する場合があります。 Googleは端末・広告識別子などの技術情報を、 Googleのプライバシーポリシー 等に従って取得・利用することがあります。当社は広告表示の目的でのみ利用し、個人情報の販売は行いません。
アプリ内の買い切り購入「広告を削除」により、広告を永久に非表示にできます（復元にも対応）。
4. アプリ内課金
決済は Apple が処理します。当社はカード番号等の決済詳細を受け取りません。 購入状態は端末上および StoreKit で確認し、再インストール後も「購入の復元」で広告非表示を戻せます。
5. ウェブサイトの解析（Webのみ）
本番ウェブサイト（orbittime.dev）では、アクセス傾向の把握のため Google Analytics 4 を利用する場合があります。 iOSアプリには適用されません。
6. 第三者
個人情報の販売は行いません。利用状況に応じて Google（AdMob / Analytics）および Apple（App Store課金）が関与する場合があります。
